| What are the terms and conditions for registering as an artist or gallery? |
-- All talented artists and galleries are welcome to subscribe as long as you qualify to open a PayPal account for our website subscription. All artists and galleries must agree to our Artist Service Agreement and have their art accepted by our Art Review Committee.
All information and image uploads are held in our administration area until they can be reviewed. After review, artist's work is added to the site, if appropriate for our clients.

| Am I giving up the rights to my art when I put it on your site? |

| Is there a maximum size for art I can have on the web site? |
| -- The only limitation is that it must be shipable through UPS, FedEx, USPS Global Express or Craters and Feighters. See the artist agreement in the artist services section. |

| What commssion do you charge on the sale of my art? |
| -- We do not charge a commssion, instead, we add a gallery fee onto your price. You receive the entire price that you list when you upload your art. |

| Will I get reimbursed for shipping? |
| -- Yes, you provide the shipping fee that you would like to be reimbursed for if your art is shipped to a location inside the contiguous United States. See the Artist Agreement for more details. |

| What is the process for uploading my artwork and information? |
| -- Once you join, you will have access to an artist control panel found at My Account. Here you will add art and information by choosing from pop down menus and fill in text boxes. You will also browse your computer and select and upload your images. Once your work in uploaded, it goes to Admin for review. Art and text that is appropriate for the site is approved through Admin and is added to the site. |
